Managing Secret Keys
Generate API keys from your [Developer Dashboard](/developers). Keys are prefixed with `sk-unlocked-` (legacy `unl_live_` keys are also supported) and are hashed using SHA-256 before storage for security.
Keep Keys Confidential
Never commit your keys to public version control or expose them in browser client-side bundles. Always access the Unlocked AI Gateway from your backend services.
